Terms & Condition

All bookings, changes and cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail or fax directly to Nice Vacation Tourism, Yangon only. All rates are quoted net in United States dollars per person and Nice Vacation Tourism reserves the right to change with or without prior notice. Nice Vacation Tourism will do all reservations and confirmations needed in Myanmar.

• 01-05 year’s old 50% discount from full price for sharing room with adult.
• 06-12 year’s old 20% discount from full price for sharing room with adult.
• 13 year’s old full fare payment and extra bed.

Prepayment, a deposit of 20 % of the total amount is required when you have confirmed the booking to secure your reservation. Full payment of all services must be made not later than 30 days prior to service start. For the services booked within 30 days of service start can be negotiated as particular payment terms upon request. If we have not received your payments within the due dates all reservations made will be cancelled.
This payment should be set by telegraphic transfer to the Bank.

30 % of payment shall be paid not later than 45 days before you arrival date.
Remaining balance shall be paid 30 days before you arrival date.

Nice Vacation Tourism Co., Ltd. will only guarantee its services if full prepayment has been received. With regard to bank charges/fees, Nice Vacation shall absorb charges levied by our bank, whereas bank charges/fees levied by the sender’s bank must be borne by the debtor.

All cancellations must be received in written by e-mail or fax. The date of cancellation shall be the date when written notice is received by Nice Vacation Tourism.

No refunds can be given for unused or partially used services during the tour program.

Nice Vacation Tourism Co., Ltd. (Myanmar) and/or their agents act only as agents for the person or companies, providing accommodation, transport or other services, and assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss, damages to person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provider or by “Force Majeure”, severe weather, acts of God, civil commotion vehicles or industrial disputes and other factors beyond their control. Nice Vacation Tourism (Myanmar) reserves the right to modify or reserves the original tour program in the interest of the clients. However, Nice Vacation Tourism (Myanmar) will always make full endeavours to adhere to the original tour program and arrangements.

Nice Vacation Tourism the right to re-arrange the order of any tour program, to cancel or substitute elements of any tour itinerary without notice, when local conditions require such changes. All itineraries depending on domestic flight confirmations are subject to changes.
